Aguadulce is serving as the Owner’s Representative for Marcus Properties in the development of Marcus Padel Club, a premier padel destination in the Dadeland area of Unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. This project will transform 0.77 acres of vacant land into a dynamic sports and social hub, featuring five state-of-the-art outdoor padel courts and a thoughtfully designed clubhouse area.
Confidential Land Development Advisory — CentraL Florida
Aguadulce Companies was engaged by private landowners to advise on the reimagining of a multi-acre property in Central Florida. To strengthen the development vision, Aguadulce assembled a strategic team, bringing in Overhead Studio as urban design partners.
Our scope included feasibility analysis, master planning input, and strategic development advisory. Together, we proposed a phased, resilient plan focused on incremental growth, attainable housing, and long-term land value optimization — aligning urban design excellence with financial and operational feasibility.
