Founder and Managing Principal of Aguadulce Companies, Andrés Corrales works at the intersection of urban design, real estate development strategy, and construction. His practice focuses on shaping walkable, human-scale projects and guiding them from early concept through execution.
Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Andrés has been shaped by South Florida’s neighborhoods, growth patterns, and development challenges. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Florida International University and later completed a Master’s in Real Estate Consultancy with a focus on Urban Development from the University of Barcelona, where he developed a deep appreciation for walkable cities, human-scale design, and disciplined urbanism.
Andrés is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida, licensed to build residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects up to three stories. He is an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), serves on the Board of CNU Florida, and is the founder of CNU Florida Leaders, a statewide network of professionals focused on the future of urban development.
From 2024 to 2025, Andrés served on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Sweetwater, contributing to land-use decisions and policy discussions shaping local growth.
Andrés represents landowners and investors from feasibility through construction, protecting capital and ensuring disciplined execution. He leads zoning strategy, coordinates design and consultant teams, oversees budgets and schedules, and manages execution on behalf of ownership.
Through strategic partnerships with leading urban designers and consultants, Aguadulce ensures projects are financially sound, properly entitled, and built as intended.

As a licensed Certified Building Contractor in Florida, Andrés leads the development and construction of residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings up to 3 stories in the state.
