Aguadulce is serving as the Owner’s Representative for Marcus Properties in the development of Marcus Padel Club, a premier padel destination in the Dadeland area of Unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. This project will transform 0.77 acres of vacant land into a dynamic sports and social hub, featuring five state-of-the-art outdoor padel courts and a thoughtfully designed clubhouse area.

Aguadulce served as the Owner’s Representative for Clubhouse Private Wealth in securing a Site Plan Amendment for the Clubhouse Performance Institute in Weston, Florida. We successfully transformed 30 underutilized parking spaces into an entitled two-story, 14,870-square-foot Commercial Athletic Facility, unlocking new potential for high-performance training and fitness innovation. This entitlement work lays the foundation for future development, positioning the project for long-term success.
